With regular daily application, our Micellar Cleansing Water helps leave your skin perfectly cleansed and refreshed. It can be used in the morning as a refreshing toner and the evening as a light cleansing water.

Simply pour a small amount of the Cleansing Water on to a cotton pad and clean the skin area as required.

We know you’ll be excited to receive your ibody NEW ZEALAND products as soon as possible.
Once we receive your order it will be processed by our logistics team. This process can take up to 24 hours and operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following morning. Once your order has been processed and has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order at checkout, as addresses cannot be changed after this.
A signature is not required by default for all orders. Please be aware that if your property has an authority to leave (ATL) and your package goes missing after being delivered, ibody NEW ZEALAND will be not be able to process a claim. Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent in your tracking email.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact the concerned courier service. You will need to quote your tracking number.

DUTIES AND TAXES

New Zealand and Australian orders will not attract import or customs duties.
• For all other countries, import or customs duties (including GST and VAT) may be charged once the order reaches the destination country and must be paid by the person placing the order. We will not refund your order if you do not want to pay the import or customs duty. Customs duties and policies vary per country, please double check on this before making any order.

Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ibodynz.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to ibody NZ Logistics Centre: 2/57 Morrin Road, St Johns, Auckland, Auckland 1072, New Zealand
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items not in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
