What does the 3-in-1 Day Serum do?
Our 3-in-1 Day Serum is an ultimate hydration boost that brightens, enhances skin radiance, infuses hydration, and protects from blue light and air pollution. It supports skin appearance, minimises aging signs, restores skin barrier health, and delivers instant hydration. Key active ingredients include Hyaluronic Acid, Carnosine (anti-aging peptide), Mountain Pepper extract, Kangaroo Paw flower extract, Ashwagandha root extract, and Alteromonas Ferment Extract for pollution defence.

What does the 3-in-1 Night Serum do?
Our 3-in-1 Night Serum is an overnight miracle that hydrates, plumps, and delivers a smooth complexion by morning. It brightens skin for a radiant morning glow, smooths fine lines and wrinkles, shields from blue light, restores skin barrier health, and improves clarity, hydration, and texture. It features the same powerful active ingredients as the Day Serum, formulated specifically for overnight skin recovery.

What is the Micellar Cleansing Water and how does it work?
Our Micellar Cleansing Water is powered by micelles — tiny cleansing molecules that attract and capture impurities, leaving your skin refreshingly clean. It gently cleanses without stripping your skin's pH barrier, removes impurities, replenishes and smooths skin texture, and repairs your skin's protective layer. It contains plant-derived surfactants, Mountain Pepper extract for soothing, and Larch Tree extract for hydration support.

What does the Moisturising SPF 20 Cream do?
Three years in the making, our Moisturising SPF 20 Cream is a superhero moisturiser that delivers powerful UV protection alongside deep hydration and nourishment. It features an easy-to-blend, soft creamy texture, strong antioxidant protection from oil-soluble Vitamin C, skin brightening benefits, locked-in hydration, and helps diminish premature aging signs. Clinical studies on the Vitamin C ingredient show significant improvement on medium to deep lines after 8 weeks of use.

What is the Neckline & Décolletage Cream designed for?
This cream is a burst of energy for tired skin that quickly absorbs to visibly plump and smooth the neck and décolletage area. It visibly improves contours and firmness, targets fine lines and wrinkles, lifts, smoothens, firms, and retextures the skin. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Skincare Routines

What is the recommended daytime skincare routine?

1.      Cleanse — Apply Micellar Cleansing Water to a cotton pad and gently wipe across your face (avoid eye contact).

2.     Prep — Apply a few drops of the 3-in-1 Day Serum and massage gently until fully absorbed.

3.      Target — Apply the Neckline & Décolletage Cream to your neck and chest area, massaging until absorbed (recommended step).

4.      Protect — Finish with the Moisturising SPF 20 Cream, massaging until fully absorbed.

What is the recommended nighttime skincare routine?

1.      Cleanse — Apply Micellar Cleansing Water to remove the day's impurities.

2.     Prep — Apply a few drops of the 3-in-1 Night Serum and massage gently until absorbed.

3.      Target — Apply the Neckline & Décolletage Cream to your neck and chest area (recommended step).

4.      Hydrate — Finish with a nourishing face oil of your choice.

Should I patch-test before using ibody products?
Yes. We recommend patch-testing any new product before first use. Apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area of skin and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reaction.

What is blue light and why should I protect my skin from it?
Blue light (also called artificial visible light or AVL) is emitted by everyday electronic devices such as smartphones, computers, and tablets. Research has shown that prolonged screen exposure can damage the energetic machinery of skin cells, weaken cell mobility and communication, and increase cellular fatigue. At the skin surface, this causes the complexion to appear faded and lacking in vitality. Our serums contain Ashwagandha root extract (EnergiNius), which is clinically shown to protect skin cells from screen-emitted light, boost cellular energy by 44%, and restore skin vitality and a healthy glow.

How do ibody products protect against air pollution?
Our serums contain Alteromonas Ferment Extract (EXO-P), a patented biomimetic shield derived from French Polynesian microorganisms. Clinical studies show it provides 45% protection against fine particulate matter (PM2.5), 28% protection against free radicals, and 44% protection against hydrocarbons and heavy metals. In consumer tests, 82% of volunteers reported improvement in skin dullness, and 77% reported healthier-looking skin — all within just 7 days.

What is the Botanically-Engineered Lipid Complex (L22)?
L22 is a blend of Jojoba, Macadamia, and Olive oils that delivers the skin lipid profile of a healthy, young adult. Clinical studies show it hydrates skin better than common emollients, improves skin elasticity and firmness, improves skin barrier recovery, decreases collagen degradation, decreases pigmentation for a brighter complexion, and reduces inflammatory response.

What does Hyaluronic Acid do in ibody products?
We use HyaClear 7, a multi-weight Hyaluronic Acid that provides maximum moisturisation to the skin. It ensures multi-functional benefits after a single application, stimulates the skin to produce more of its own hyaluronic acid for deeper moisturisation, reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL) within 30 minutes, and visibly improves skin smoothness and nourishment.

What is Carnosine and how does it benefit my skin?
Carnosine (known as Dragosine in its active ingredient form) is a nature-identical peptide that acts as a powerful anti-aging ingredient. It stimulates collagen synthesis, prevents glycation of the skin (a key aging mechanism), provides excellent protection against damage from UV, infrared, and visible light, and has powerful antioxidant properties. It has also been shown to help prevent hyperpigmentation and oxidative damage from high-energy visible light.

What is the Kangaroo Paw flower extract?
SKINectura is an organic extract from the Australian Kangaroo Paw flower. It boosts the production of Tenascin-X, a newly identified protein that plays a crucial role in skin architecture by regulating the arrangement of collagen and elastin. Clinical studies show it rapidly decreases the appearance of wrinkles in the eye area after just 1 hour, with continuous improvement over 28 days, and reduces the appearance of neck wrinkles and sagging skin by up to 36%.

What is Ashwagandha root extract and why is it in ibody products?
We use EnergiNius, derived from Indian Ginseng (Ashwagandha) roots — an emblematic plant of Ayurvedic medicine used for millennia. It is COSMOS organic certified and specifically protects skin from the damaging effects of screen-emitted blue light. It boosts cellular energy and dynamism, fights digital pollution, and restores skin vitality for a healthy, glowing complexion. What is Mountain Pepper extract and what does it do?
Tazman Pepper is a natural Australian active ingredient extracted from the Tasmanian pepper berry, specially designed for sensitive and reactive skin. Clinical studies show it reduces itching sensations by 79% within 5 minutes, provides fast relief from burning sensations (58% reduction in 5 minutes), and reduces UV-induced skin redness by up to 35% after 24 hours. It also contains anthocyanins with an antioxidant power 3 times greater than blueberries.

What is Alteromonas Ferment Extract?
This is EXO-P, a highly purified exopolysaccharide from French Polynesian kopara — a unique ecosystem of microorganisms. It acts as a biomimetic shield against urban pollution and smog, providing multi-protective and cleansing action. It reduces adhesion of fine particulate matter to the skin, chelates heavy metals, limits free radical activity, and protects skin and cell integrity against pollutants like cigarette smoke and fuel exhaust.

What is VOLUFORM and how does it work?
VOLUFORM is derived from Isoleucine, an essential amino acid known for supporting tissue repair. It is a natural alternative to lipofilling that plumps skin by targeting fat cells (adipocytes) for cellular volume, and firms skin by targeting fibroblasts to restore dynamic contractile strength. Clinical studies show improved facial elasticity, re-plumped cheeks for 83% of volunteers, and wrinkle correction superior to market-leading lipopeptides.

What is CELLACTIVE-FORM?
CELLACTIVE-FORM is a plant-based complex of active ingredients featuring Mangosteen, Quince-hydrogel, and Essential Cell Boost Factor. It is specifically developed for the breast and cleavage area. What SPF filters are used in the Moisturising SPF 20 Cream?
Our SPF 20 cream uses a combination of advanced UV filters including PARSOL 1789 (the most-used UVA organic sunscreen worldwide), PARSOL 340 (an effective UVB absorber and photostabilizer, approved worldwide), and Eusolex UV-Pearls (a micro-encapsulated UV filter technology that entraps organic sunscreen chemicals in micro-capsules for effective protection).

What is the Oil-Soluble Vitamin C in ibody products?
We use VC-IP (Nikkol), an oil-soluble Vitamin C derivative with improved skin absorption and stability compared to traditional Vitamin C. It prevents lipid peroxidation, acts as a brightening agent, promotes collagen synthesis, and clinical trials show significant improvement on medium to deep lines after 8 weeks of use. It is also Halal certified.

Orders to New Zealand and Australia do not attract import or customs duties. Customers in other countries may be charged customs duties, GST, or VAT by their local authorities upon delivery.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unopened, with tags and original packaging intact.
